This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through www.trye4l.com (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined herein.


1. General Policy Overview

E4L offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on qualifying products.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order, subject to the terms of this Policy.

E4L reserves the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or excessive return activity.


2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

A. Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original, sealed condition may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

B. Opened Products

Opened containers may qualify for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
We may require the product to be returned for quality assurance review.

C. Final Sale Items

Items designated as final sale, including certain promotions or limited-edition releases, are not eligible for return or refund.

D. Proof of Purchase

An order number or valid proof of purchase is required to process any refund or return request.


3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must contact E4L Customer Support at:

Your request must include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs, if applicable (e.g., damaged or incorrect products)

E4L will provide return instructions upon review of the request.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

Claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.
Upon verification, E4L will replace or refund the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
Supporting photographs may be required.


5. Refund Method and Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment following receipt and inspection of the returned item, or following approval of a no-return refund request.

Processing time may take three (3) to five (5) business days, depending on your financial institution.

Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
  • Add-on services such as Route Package Protection

6. Exchanges

E4L does not offer product exchanges.
Customers wishing to obtain a different product must request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to the same refund and return terms as standard purchases.
Customers are responsible for canceling subscriptions prior to renewal.
Refunds for shipped subscription renewals may be denied.


8. International Orders

International customers may request refunds consistent with this Policy.
However:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable

9. Policy Abuse & Limitations

E4L reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

  • Repeated refund claims
  • Fraudulent or misleading claims
  • Returns inconsistent with typical consumer use
  • Attempts to circumvent the Satisfaction Guarantee
